Mediator.

Parallel to utilizing litigation as a means of bringing about a more just and equitable world, Eric Seifert has simultaneously looked to mediation as a means of resolving conflict wherein the parties themselves speak for themselves without lawyers as intermediaries. As harms run deeper than any monetary  compensation can reach, mediation provides for not only the resolution of the conflict, but allows for the kind of healing that can only arise after directly expressing to the offending person how their conduct caused emotional, physical and monetary harm. While extremely challenging, a face to face encounter with the offender in the same room truly provides a heightened degree of closure and a palpable expression of  justice restored.

While in the best of all possible worlds, mediation would be a necessary and required component of any litigation, it is now an alternative to litigation. If that is a viable path to resolving your conflict, please contact Eric Seifert to serve as your  mediator who will bring to the table ample experience as a community mediator, victim/offender facilitator, and group conflict mediator. While all legal issues are redressable by mediation, issues such as separation, divorce, landlord/tenant, family land and inheritance issues, corporate and partnership dissension, and neighboring property disputes have proven to be more amendable to mediation than litigation.
